Front Trunk Electric Suction Lock for Model 3/Y

The Front Trunk Electric Suction Lock is designed specifically for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, with tailored versions to match each variant precisely. It enhances the vehicle’s usability and refined feel with a smooth and responsive locking mechanism powered by a high-torque brushless motor delivering 1.2N·m torque. The response time clocks in at just 0.4 seconds for quick and decisive action.

It connects directly to the vehicle’s original CAN bus system, allowing for seamless integration without modifications. The lock also supports smartphone app control via Bluetooth 5.0 and is compatible with voice control systems, offering flexible access options that adapt to daily routines.

The power management system ensures reliable performance. Operating at DC 12V with standby power consumption under 0.3W, it includes a low-voltage protection feature that automatically cuts power below 9V, reducing unnecessary battery drain and preserving vehicle functionality.

Durability is at the core of its mechanical design. Constructed with 304 stainless steel and engineering-grade plastic, it achieves an IP68 protection rating, making it both waterproof and dustproof. It remains fully functional in extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to 85°C.

Safety features are thoughtfully implemented. Built-in overcurrent and overheat protection systems maintain electrical safety, while the anti-pinch mechanism detects resistance over 5kg and reverses automatically to prevent injury. An emergency mechanical release is also included, ensuring manual access when needed.
